i cringed so hard for the entire vid bc the villa is so instagrammable right now but in a few rainy seasons is gonna look like absolute p00p ... flat ceilings and all white in the middle of a rain forest..........bruh...............there's a reason why this type of design is only used in Spanish and greek islands and Dubai...... it doesn't pour rain there! it's dry

This is a bit misleading, your saying to lease a villa for 25 years for 250,000. and your saying you can rent it out for 300-400 per night? no one is paying these prices per night, average villa rental for 1 bedroom in main area of Canggu is about $60-$100 per night MAX! So therefore you are misleading saying someone is willing to rent your 1 bedroom villas not in the main touristy areas for 3 to 5 times the price? good luck. ALOSO NOTE THAT THE 250,000 You invest doesn't actually get you the villa you are just renting it for 25 years and you don't own it!

The design is good but thr principal of sharing such a small premises is not acceptable to everyone. If I go to resort I expect decent restaurants and facilities. The pools should be big. I will not consider anything like this unless it was on a budget price.

such a good video! there were 2 very big golden nuggets for me: the one with the international medical insurance and the one with marie saying she should’ve moved away from germany earlier. i noticed that it’s very hard, increasingly harder in the EU to run small businesses. well, more expensive. when you frame it like you have options in the entire world, that quite the mindshift for me. also i thought germany had the best medical insurance in the world
